• Built in site of the first highrise in Brazil, Jornal do Brasil Headquarters, of 1910 and destroyed in 1973. Named given from dessiminator of Newspaper, Conde Pereira Carneiro.

• About the height: According some information of people in Entrance of building, it would have 172m, considering the whole structure of 46-storeys, together the 3 basement garage underground floors. Otherwise Rio De Janeiro City Hall Website says 132.91m from street level.
