Description The Z11 plot was first bid for in 2011 by a consortium of CITIC Group for a price of 2.632 billion yuan. However, due to the violation of relevant provisions of the Commercial Bank Law in the bidding content, it was deemed an invalid bid and ultimately failed the bid. At present, this plot of land has not been sold.
