The project for the housing complex began in 1987, but was interrupted several times. In 2015, the government held a pompous inauguration with electoral intentions, but the complex was far from finished. In 2024, the owners approved at an assembly the completion of the works, which would end around 2026. The first towers were practically finished, while some finishing touches, mainly the interiors, were missing in the rest.
