Description Obelisk-like monument, erected by order of Margrave of Ansbach, Christian Friedrich Karl Alexander, to mark the end of the section of the road, which is today known as B13, in his territory.
The toll pyramid originally stood on a 70 meter long traffic island in the middle of the B13. On December 3, 2010, a truck collided with the toll pyramid and severely damaged it. In order to avoid a repeat of such an accident, it was decided not to reconstruct the toll pyramid at its original location. Instead it was rebuilt 20 meters eastwards and the traffic island on which it stood was removed.
