Al Mare Torn is a prominent mixed use tower in Tallinn’s Haabersti district, developed and built by Fund Ehitus with architectural design by KOKO arhitektid.
Construction commenced in June 2025, with the building currently rising toward its full architectural height of 82 meters and scheduled for completion in December 2026.
The tower is constructed using prefabricated reinforced concrete elements on a pile foundation and achieves an Energy Class A rating through the use of rooftop solar panels and a hybrid heating system combining district and ground source energy.
The complex houses 100 apartments ranging from 34.3 m² to 125.6 m² (1 to 5 rooms) across floors 4–22, including three premium penthouses on the top floor with private roof access. It further includes 12 office spaces on floors 2–3 and two ground-floor commercial units.
Vertical transport is managed by high speed elevators, and the building features a shared rooftop viewing platform for residents on the 22nd floor. Parking is provided in an integrated multi level garage adjacent to the tower, featuring electric vehicle charging readiness and indoor bicycle storage.
