At the top of the building there is a Super Skypark, the largest indoor family entertainment centre in the region.
On the roof there is a Ferris wheel with a diameter of 40 metres, which rises from the ground to a height of 80 metres and 120 metres above sea level.
The marketing of the shopping centre has emphasised the number of new brands that have come to Estonia with the centre: among the nearly 60 are perfume and cosmetics stores.
The five-storey centre has a total floor area of approximately 80,000 sqm, of which 55,000 sqm is retail space. It houses almost 150 shops and services, over 30 food outlets and street food areas.
