Currently there are two Estonian made ELEON 3.4 MW wind turbines, one is completed and the other in on hold due to height restriction by old military radar, but sense there in new military radar under construction on top of man made 130m high hill, the height restriction is slowly being lifted by most Estonian provinces and the second 180m high wind turbine should be completed soon, there are 15 more wind turbines currently under construction but they are different lower in height Vestas 4.5 megawat witch height I dont know yet
