Approved on january of 2023 by Junta Departamental de Maldonado, under the construction program will start works in 180 days (july of 2023), for a total period of 59 months, the first building (hotel) will be finished 33 months later, one month more the casino, one more later the first residential tower, replace the demolished Hotel San Rafael, includes hotel with 80 rooms, casino, 3 residential towers (one of them the tallest of the complex, city, country if built on the expected construction program (59 months).
The complex includes 3 towers 75 floors + 58 floors + 40 floors and the Hotel with 7 floors
Foundation works for the first of the towers start on 2024 (2nd tallest tower of the complex) expected to be finished in 2027.
On 2025, January 22th the newspaper "La Nación" published an update https://www.lanacion.com.ar/sociedad/la-transformacion-del-elegante-barrio-de-punta-del-este-con-la-llegada-de-la-torre-mas-alta-y-lujosa-nid22012025/#/ with a reduction from 320m. to 237 meters tall for the tallest tower and 170, 125 meters tall for the other ones, but on march of 2026 the first tower start with the assembly of steel beems & columns with an announced tall of 260meters.
