The builder's first design for this location was a 15-story office building called "Ruscello" proposed in 2016, later in 2017 the height was increased to 17 stories and construction began, the excavation phase took almost 2 years until late 2018. In early 2019, the underground levels were ready and the developer submitted a new design for the tower, a 22-story residential building with a new brick and glass façade. After delays caused by the pandemic, the building was completed in August 2022.
