Previously named "Plaza Villa del Mar". This buidling is a shopping mall built to replace an older and abandoned mall of the same name.
The construction of the building has been put on hold several times due to irregularities with the permissions. The project became owned and developed by Conquer and Hanna Inmobiliaria to regularize and continue the construction.
The first phase consists of a shopping mall. Second phase is a hotel. The third and last phase is an apartment tower. The first phase is projected to be finished in fall of 2024.
