General Contractor: Little Construction Co.
Engineer: Carver Hunt

McKibbon Hospitality (developer) and Cleveland Construction (general contractor) will renovate the former BB&T Building into a hotel and condominium tower to be called The Arras. Construction will start in January 2017 and the building will be completely reclad in a Post Modern style, with a 128 room hotel on the lower floors, 2 restaurants, retail space, and 54 condominiums on the upper floors.
