Architect: Schultze & Weaver

- Originally constructed for the Miami Daily News newspaper, the newspaper moved to a larger facility in 1957.

- The tower functioned as a reception center for Cuban refugees in the 1960's and 1970's. In 2002, it was renovated to house the Cuban American Museum, a museum, cultural and educational center for Cuban American history.
