- Chief Engineer: Dr. David B. Steinman

- Constructor: American Bridge Company

- Total Length: 8,038 Meters

- Length of suspension (inc. approaches): 2,626 Meters

- Length of Main Span: 1,158 Meters

- Part of I-75, this was once the longest suspension bridge in the world. It held that title until 1998.

- This bridge connects Michigan's Upper and Lower Peninsulas.
