Ground Breaking: December 17, 1982
Completion: June 18, 1984

Built as the 318-key (including 23 suites) Stouffer Winston Plaza Hotel by developer Alcoa Properties in 1984. The hotel cost $27-million to build, with a $3 million Urban Development Action Grant. Purchased by Noble Investment Group in March 2004.
