Description
• Architects: D. F. Friedman, L. J. Metsoyan, A. V. Shchusev (chief) (1935–1936)
• The building was enlarged along Khreshchatyk Street in 1955–1958 (architects I. Homoliak and Zhog).
• In 2012–2016 the building was dismantled except its 5 stroreys of façade and rebuilt. Design: Architectural Bureau of L. P. Skoryk (main structural engineer A. M. Kyslyi, architects O. V. Yermakova, T. S. Kotova, A. Yaryna).
