Description
• Architect: Maiz Mier

- Since 2017, the sole regular tenant has been the Monterrey Flash, who play in the Major Arena Soccer League, though it has hosted an indoor American football team, a professional basketball team and various other indoor soccer teams. The arena also hosts concerts and shows.

- The arena began construction in January 1994, but construction slowed in May 1995 following an economic crisis in Mexico, and completed stopped in 1996. Construction would not restart until the end of 2002. The venue was opened on November 27, 2003 with Mexican singer Juan Gabriel as the first act.

- The arena can hold over 17,500 spectators.
