Description
- The church's steeple is known as St. Mary's Tower, or simply Old Steeple, and it contains 232 stairs. It is the oldest part of the church, built in the 15th century. The church sanctuary behind it was completed in 1789.

- The church was originally part of interconnected church sanctuaries, though only the Steeple Church and Dundee Parish Church - St. Mary's survive, today.
