Description - The tower is located on the grounds of the First Presbyterian Church, and holds the Nestle Muller Memorial Carillon. The carillon contains 65 bells: 22 bells of which were from the original Nestle Carillon given to the city in 1948 by the Nestle Corporation, which was forced to temporary relocate to the United States during World War 2, and 34 bells cast by Paccard in 1967.
