Original design: Sebastián (Enrique Carvajal)

Cost: 250 million pesos

The original design of the sculpture includes a museum, a planetarium, an aquarium, a conference's room, a restaurant-lookout point, a commercial and exhibition area, as well as three elevators and the main viewpoint with telescopes, conceived as a functional architectural figure of 72 meters in height, geometric mix between the modern and pre-Hispanic, with a spatial shape that evoked a X directed to the space, unfinished by years and finally modifiyed to finalize the construction works.
