- Originally constructed as the Colorado National Bank Building in 1915, and expanded vertically in 1926, the building underwent a total reconstruction and renovation and was reopened as the 230-room Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel in 2014. The reconstruction added two modern floors to the top of the existing building.
