Tallest skyscraper in Malaysia (1985-1988), tallest skyscraper in Southeast Asia (1985-1986).

This distinct twelve-sided tower is the centrepiece for urban redevelopment and incorporates commercial space, government offices, and residential units. The tower sits on top of a broad 27 acre mixed use podium structure comprising market space, theatres, a bus terminal, police & fire stations, a conference centre, a swimming pool, and many other community resources.
