Description • In 1991 the sign's "Googie" lettering was replaced with a "Futura typeface".
• The sign was dismantled, and restored shortly before the implosion of the Stardust, and now the letters, and the main features of the sign are on display at the "Neon Museum" in downtown Las Vegas.
