- This building is connected to the Asahi office building by a skybridge.
- For many years, this building was the Edifício Banco Francês & Brasileiro, but the name was changed when Bank Itaú Personalitè bought out Banco Francês & Brasileiro.
-The Restaurant Fasano initiated its activities initially in a house in this site in 1957, today occupied of this building, inaugurating soon the candy shop in a shop on the first floor of the Conjunto Nacional. The next year, started the Hall of Parties, which was rented for dances and social events and the Winter Garden, which the restaurant promoted famous dinners who Nat King Cole, Marlene Dietrich, Sara Vaughan, among others here sang.
-In 1963, the restaurant was sold to Grupo Liquigás and in 1968, the ground floor was sold to Banco Francês e Brasileiro. Today the restaurant occupied a 5-stars restaurant at Rua Haddock Lobo. Afterwords hotels buildings with Fasano name was established in prestigious Neighborhoods.
-The Eluma Group was together Banco Francês & Brasileiro the entrepreneur and owner this building before Itaú Fidelité.
