A 320,000 square foot courthouse for a county owned site at Second Street. Court floors are 16 feet 8 inches (5.07 metres) tall and office floors are 14 feet (4.27 metres) tall. It will have parking under the building and a skybridge linking it to the Forsyth County Government Center. It rises seven floors above North Patterson Avenue.
