Description Times Square (Formerly name: "Kingsoft Time Square") has over 20 years of construction time, it halted three times in process. The project started in 1994, and halted constructed in 1996 with 7 stories.

The building was resurrected in 2006, topped out in 2008. However, it halted again in 2009.
In 2012, it has changed name as "Huarong Times Square," resurrected and installed the wall. But unfortunately, some reasons made the project halted one more time in 2015.
Times Square is one of three famous halted landmarks in Zhuhai, With Giant Building and New World Trade Centre (Originally proposed 60 stories, now demolished and replaced by Hong Heng Century Plaza).
