• Tallest building in Downtown Las Vegas until it was surpassed by Circa Resort & Casino in 2020.

• The D Las Vegas originally opened as the Sundance Hotel and was sold and rebranded to Fitzgeralds Hotel and Casino in 1987. In 2012 the resort underwent a $22 million renovation and become the D Las Vegas. The letter D stands for "downtown".
