Description
This guyed mast used today among other for FM-/TV-broadcasting stands on the same site where before World War II the tower of the once famous "Heilsberg transmitter":
http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=60775 , http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=60776 , http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=60778
was situated.

It may be also used before 1995 for low power broadcasting and therefore stand on an insulator ( if this is the case is unknown, however its guys are not divided by insulators today any more).

The area on which the mast stands is used by Polish military, therefore no much information about it is available. However, the building in front of the mast, which can be seen on http://emi.emitel.pl/EMITEL/ObjectImages/DODR_N2O.jpg
was built before World War II and was used as Helix building at those days.
