Architect: Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates

Developer: Lawler-Wood

Originally proposed as the headquarters for City & County Bank. City & County Bank was raided by the FDIC before Riverview Tower was completed and the bank collapsed. The FDIC became the building's owner and it was vacant until the building was sold in 1987.
