• Turnberry Place consists of 4 identical 38 story condominium towers with a total of 720 units. Tower 1 was completed in 2001 followed by Tower 2 in 2002, Tower 3 in 2004, and Tower 4 in 2006. The complex cost $650 million to construct.

• At the time of construction residential high-rises were uncommon in Las Vegas. Turnberry Place would largely help inspire a high-rise condominium boom in the following years.
