Architect: Sanguinet & Staats

• At its completion, this was the tallest commercial office building in Texas.

• The Amicable Life Building was one of the few buildings to survive and F4 tornado that tore through downtown Waco in 1953.

• This was the tallest building west of the Mississippi in 1911.
