Architect: Jenney & Mundie

- This is the oldest surviving steel frame building in Chicago.
- In 2017, the US Department of the Interior proposed it, along with eight other Chicago buildings, as a potential UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- The building is currently part of Columbia College Chicago.
