• Google Earth suggests the top residential floor exceeds about 160 meters (525 ft) above sea level

• Construction on this building began in 2007 under a different developer. It was originally named Adenium Atami Grand Tower, but construction work was eventually halted and remained on hold until 2014. GoldCrest later resumed the project under the provisional name Atami Ekimae Project, which was subsequently renamed The Crest Tower Atami. The original Adenium Atami Grand Tower was planned to be of a similar scale to The Crest Tower Atami
