An extension to the existing shopping center Mustamäe Keskuse, that will house apartments and a medical center in the podium. In 2016 there was a lawsuit made by the owners of a garage cooperative against the developer and city officials. They stated that their garage were demolished without their consent, so the project has been built in stages.
