Description
Architect: Ars Projekt

Developer: Endover

Kristiine Torn is a high rise in the Kristiine City quarter, completed in 2021 by developer Endover.
Standing 67 meters tall, it was the first modern skyscraper in the district.
The building features 167 apartments with floor to ceiling windows and premium smart-home solutions, complemented by ground floor commercial spaces.
Architecturally, it is known for its sleek, dark glass façade and "Manhattan-style" lobby. Amenities include a sixth floor communal terrace with a playground and lounge area, a private gym for residents, and a secure multi-story parking garage and is rated Energy Class B.
Currently, the quarter is expanding with the Uus-Kindrali project a series of 7 story buildings by Pro Kapital but Kristiine Torn remains the district's primary vertical landmark.
