On January of 2023 the project increasedthe height from 535 meters to 544 but decreased the number of floors from 154 to 135 for 233 apartments, 968 parking spaces, 8 elevators.
On August of 2024 some testing foundations works started on the site.
On September of 2024 project changed name to Senna Tower instead of Triumph Tower, intended to have certification LEED Platinum, increased the number of floors to 157 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAeqHbu6F6w&t=45s).
