Central Park Plaza is located on the south side of Chaoyang Park in Beijing, invested by Hong Kong Junhao Group and designed by MAD Architects. The building is dubbed "Alien Building" because of its avant-garde design and contrast with its surroundings. Its design inspiration comes from the concept of urban landscapes, and its appearance resembles a black mountain-shaped building. From a distance, it looks like a garbage bag on the roof, giving people a sense of science fiction. This unique design makes Junhao Central Park Square stand out visually, so it is called the "Alien Office in Beijing."
