• This megatall skyscraper was envisioned as part of Next Tokyo 2045, a "multi-faceted, mega-city built to withstand climate change and natural disasters", according to kpf.com

• It would be built on reclaimed land (artificial islands) in Tokyo Bay

• The building's design features a total of five vertical zones (Zone 1 - Zone 5) and four sky lobbies

• The sky lobbies are separated by heights of approximately 320 meters (1,050 ft)

• Designed for 55,000 occupants

• As of 2026, KPF's website lists a height of 1,600 meters (5,249 ft); a section image from global.ctbuh.org suggests that 1,600 m corresponds to the building's roof (the uppermost part of Zone 5), while 1,700 m corresponds to the spire's tip

• Although KPF's website does not list any floor count (as of 2026), sources like architectmagazine.com and urukia.com mention a figure of 420 stories
