TERRITORIA 3000 (u/c) -Santiago de Chile- Nuevos renders
Bueno bueno, aqui les traigo nuevos renders sobre el edificio actualmente en construccion, Territoria 3000, el cual poseerá, oficinas, un hotel ("W hotel Santiago") y departamentos de uso residencial. De paso les digo algunas caracteristicas:

Nombre: Territoria 3000
Altura: 118 metros
Pisos: 31 + 10 subterraneos
Uso: Mixto


Desde la Plaza Perú:

"uau" para que te ubiques mas o menos.. ahi hice un mapa para que veas que tan cerca queda de los edificios importantes de stgo que se estan construyendo...

Muy interesante el proyecto!! Por lo que puedo ver va a estar frente al edificio Manizales (así se llama o no?).

Lo único que no me agrada son los balcones, creo que se vería mejor sin estos.

que bueno que los proyectos más importantes se van a encontrar muy cerca el uno del otro y que además van a complementar el skyline de Santiago.

Hola Cesar, bueno al edificio que te refieres, se llama Manantiales, y quedaria a un costado del Territoria 3000, al frente de este esta la plaza Peru, asi que no podria ser.

Tiene un remate espantoso, y esa curva de donde viene? ni siquiera se justifica por la razante. Acaso ahora la moda son las fachadas llenas de palitos?...Muy malo, un 3.0 por los renders engañosos.

Me gusta mucho, aúnque pensé que el W iba a ocupar la torre central y que la más pequeña serian solo residenciales, de todas maneras en algunos ángulos me desconcientas un poco, tampoco me convence el remate, pero sigue siendo un bello edificio y con una altura nada despreciable.

Les cuento un secreto....mi abuela tiene como una de sus inversiones un departamento bastante amplio que arrienda bastante bien al frente de la Plaza Perú, digamos especificamente al frente del edificio Manizales, en el mismo edificio donde se se encuentra el restaurante Tiramizú, y acaba de recibir una oferta bastante cuantiosa por su departamento por parte de una importante inmobiliaria.
