If you count from July 2005, it should probably be Volume (or "Part") 4 or 5 or something. Somebody could go back and check.
("Version" would be the wrong word because new versions
replace older versions, rather than continue them.)
I think it's reasonable to count this as the continuation of the July 2005 project, even though the involvement of Kelleher, the name change to Chicago Spire, and the final massing design, didn't all come until 2006 or 2007. You can say those are lesser changes, compared with the basic project idea of a (i) twisting (ii) 2000-foot (iii) dwelling (iv) designed by Calatrava, at (v) 400/410 NLSD. Eliminating the hotel and podium, adding floors, and refining the design could be thought of as lesser changes.
