You know what really makes that view down Wabash special? Its not that Trump terminates the view so perfectly, its that Trump terminates the view at a 45 degree angle to the street. This is an effect rarely seen in any terminus let alone one of the highest (is it the highest?) street terminating buildings in the world. This angle really skews the perspective of the view and add a ton of drama to the scene.
The color helps too. Given its size, Trump could have been a really oppressive wall, but the responsive, blue glass creates a great sense of depth and perspective by blending in with the ambient environment and light.
