Yea, as previously mentioned 1000M should convert some of the units into rentals if need be.

True but it will recover and already seems to be, and
hopefully not crash terribly in the near future, you'd think the leasing management of 1000M would be flexible with people's deposits/contracts in order to not outright lose their money.
