sirkingwilliam - don't stop posting these developments... just don't take it personally when people bash 'em.

there is a lot of resistance to these types of things within the forum, but the truth is most of us probably use them to buy our groceries, jeans, whatever.... i do.

I work near the Forum in Selma. I don't like it. I wish it was vertically as massive as it is sprawl-y. But I use it when I have to - which is a couple of times a week. So, keep posting stuff like this. It is definitely of interest and, at the very least, it keeps us on our toes with what's going on in this city we love.

Speaking of the Forum area, have you seen everything that's planned out there?

^ Ya, that center on the opposite side of 35 is ramping up, clearing land, etc...There is a HUGE cleared piece of land on southbound 35 just south of OConnor... And, of course, rooftops are just popping up like weeds.

Yeah, major retail going up.

The Fountains at Live Oak and The Shops at The Forum (both NE corner) across 35 from The Forum (SE corner). The Fountains layout in this picture is missing a chuck of the development (most likely because this was taken from the brokers of The Shops at The Forum who didn't have all the information on The Fountains)

This is from the developer of The Fountains.
