Description
Intended to complete the view from Parana's River and 'Bajada Sargento Cabral' (an historical attractive street), the building imitates the front of its inmediate neighbour "Farallon", one of the most significatives pieces of architecture in town, finished in 1970. The construction began late 2009, but financial problems freezed it until late 2010. Now it is again under-construction.
