• This tower is the result of the renovation of the Tour Gan (1974) http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1423, which would be higher, but the project had been abandonned by the investor Foncières des Régions.
• The general appearance of the old tower is maintained even when the towers' height would be increased with 50 meters.
