• 260 suite Signiel Busan occupies the lower floors in the supertall. There are 561 apartments in the tower above.
• Planned by the Busan government for tourism development. It is the tallest in the complex
• The podium of the complex consists of a large commercial retail area and waterparks.
• This building has been controversial due to corruption.
• In connection with the building, the construction company lobbied and entertained politicians, and high-ranking officials gave the building the privilege of building the tall building directly adjacent to the shore.
• Due to this incident, the relevant lawmaker resigned.
