Built as residential appartments still functional until the 90's when owners problems turns it to unused, still empty without maintenance by years and some damages of 1957,85 & 99 earthquakes makes the building unusuable, on 2005 with a group of new owners the building receive a total renovation finished on 2008 approved by INAH & UNESCO
