Description Architect: Boris Iofan, Vladimir Shchuko
Project of world's tallest building.
Construction began in 1937, but holded in 1941 when war began. After war construction was not resumed and in 50's was completely cancelled.
The statue of Lenin on top of the building was to be 80m tall
