Description The Lee House Extension project involves the addition of 8 residential and office floors to the existing 8 story office building, following the original plans from the 1920s as closely as possible.
Lee House was originally planned to be around 65m high and Europe's tallest office building when it was being built in the early 1930s, but a market downturn meant the developers had to shorten the building to 36m and 8 floors to save money, the building was completed in 1931.
Floors 1-9 will be offices and floors 10-16 will be apartments.
