Description Architect: Takenaka Corporation
Structural: Takenaka Corporation, Kajima Corporation, Saitama Kenko Construction Inc.
At the time of its construction, it was the tallest residential building in Japan. It lost the title in 2004 to Acty Shiodome, which was then overtaken in 2006 by X-Tower Osaka Bay.
