Description A striking gold and green glass tower was proposed by now-bankrupt developer Harry Grant during the 1980's and was to be not only the tallest building in the world, but the tallest structure as well. The plans for this mixed-use tower included condominium and office space in the first 100 floors and a 21-storey 500-room hotel above that. A 21-story atrium with a huge "USA" marquee would have pushed the total height to 570m.
